Boat Ramp & Dock Space
Seasonal lease holders and their guests receive exclusive dock access with unlimited boat ramp usage on the Hocking River.
Pool & Recreation
Private swimming pool and splash pad open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Plus a shelter house, playground, and basketball court on site.
